Returns

At Garbcode, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Garbcode’s purchase, within 10 days, please return your unused, unworn or Manufacturer defective item with your original receipt for a full refund (plus the shipping charge). Merchandise received without a receipt will be refunded in the form of a store merchandise credit at the current or billed selling price(which ever is lower)*.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returns is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit or original payment method, within a 7-10 working days. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift along with the product purchased. Gifts also needs to be returned with the purchased product. In case of failure, the gift products price will be deducted. Shipping To return your product, you should mention the same in our portal You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
